Nobler Copper Free mirror(also called copper and lead free mirror, or eco-friendly mirror), are made with a copper-free solution as well as lead-free solution, it’s new generation of mirror. Mirror grade glass is thoroughly cleaned by the scouring scrub with brush unit and detergent. Then the glass surface is sensitized with a diluted solution of tin chloride. This surface treatment bring the deposition of copper free. Copper free nitrate is sprayed on the sensitized glass surface, together with other chemical configurations, then forming a final uniform copper-free layer to avoid silver oxidation.
